Good rules questions. I think the throwing to the base option is a good one. We haven’t done that but I think we should. The defense should have the option of throwing to third or home. If he decides to attempt the throw out the other runners advance. If he decides not to throw, the runner gets third or home but the other runners hold. We also were going with a straight forward pitcher gets tired after his innings limit. Let’s go with that for now but we can discuss in Tuesday’s call. |

Rules questions. If a guy is on 1st, batter hits single cf. The guy can go to third. Does the opposing Manager say he’s throwing to third and if the guy is safe runner on first goes to second? Also, does a pitcher get tired on the inning indicated on his card if he lets up 3 hits/walks in that inning? Me and Frank couldn’t remember for sure. |
